Your mini-leagues after every deadline: who captained who, who had a shocker, and who's the Guv.

Two minutes to set up. Here's how to get it on your phone.

STEP 1 · PICK YOUR PHONE

Install on iPhone

    Get TestFlight

    Install Apple's free TestFlight app from the App Store. It's how Apple hands out apps that aren't on the store yet.

    Open the invite

    Tap the button on your iPhone. It opens TestFlight and shows Guvs waiting for you.

    Install Guvs

    Tap Accept, then Install. Guvs lands on your home screen like any other app.

    Open it

    Tap the Guvs icon and you're in.

TestFlight builds expire after 90 days. When a new one lands, TestFlight offers the update; you don't reinstall from scratch.

Install on Android

    Download Guvs

    Tap the button on your Android phone. It downloads a file ending in .apk (about 76 MB, so Wi-Fi helps).

    Open the file

    Pull down your notifications (or open Files → Downloads) and tap the .apk.

    Allow the install

    Android will say it can't install from this source. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, go back, then tap Install. You only do this once.

    If you see a Play Protect warning

    Tap More details → Install anyway. It's only flagged because Guvs isn't on the Play Store yet.

    Open Guvs

    Find it in your apps and tap to open.

When there's a newer version, this page gets a new download button. Install it over the top and your settings stay.

STEP 2 · GET IN

Connect your team

Quick look GUEST

Just your Team ID. Nothing else. Tap Continue as Guest.

Guest mode forgets your team when the app closes. Create an account and Guvs remembers you.

Create an account

Receive a code via email. No password needed. Link your team, and Guvs remembers you next time.

Just looking?

Tap View Demo to look around a made-up league. No team needed.

FIND YOUR TEAM ID

  1. In a browser, go to fantasy.premierleague.com and sign in.
  2. Tap Points.
  3. Your Team ID is the number after /entry/ in the web address.

The same steps are in the app: tap How do I find it?. Guvs only reads public team data and never needs your Fantasy Premier League login.

STEP 3 · HAVE A POKE AROUND

What to try

A blinking dot means the teams are in and nothing has kicked off yet.

A pulsing dot means games are live and points can still change.

Best moment to open Guvs: just after a deadline, when everyone's captains and transfers are revealed. On iPhone, swipe in from the left edge to go back.
